What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise cloud architecture, multi-cloud migration, AI automation, governance, and FinOps initiatives where I can deliver measurable business outcomes and guide cross-functional teams.

At Teleperformance, I modernised legacy IVR systems in India and Greece into AI-powered contact centre platforms using Voicing.ai, Kore.ai, Vocals.ai, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Speech Services. These solutions achieved a 50% call deflection rate and reduced contact centre operational costs.

I've led end-to-end migrations of 1,400+ servers across Azure and AWS, including 800 servers in eight months at Teleperformance and 600+ servers across four data centres at Tech Mahindra. I refactored applications for cloud-native architecture, built Azure Landing Zones and AWS Control Tower environments, and delivered secure hybrid connectivity with ExpressRoute, Direct Connect, and hub-and-spoke design.

I also lead cloud solutioning for global RFPs, securing three contract wins worth $3M through architecture proposals and commercial positioning. My FinOps work has delivered $80K in monthly savings through rightsizing, Reserved Instances, dashboards, and spend governance.

Across Teleperformance, Tech Mahindra, DXC Technology, Cognizant, Capgemini, and EY, I've delivered cloud operations, disaster recovery, high availability, governance, and enterprise infrastructure for global clients including P&G, Nike, IKEA, and banking organisations.
