At Institut Pasteur de Madagascar, I worked as an Infirmier de recherche clinique, collecting data, using REDCap, and following up with participants.

My healthcare experience also includes care, emergency work, sampling, and follow-up. I’ve managed materials and purchase orders as well.

I now offer data entry, document processing, and internet research support to businesses. I use Excel, Google Sheets, Word, Google Docs, and PDF tools to handle information and documents.

I also provide email management, customer service and chat support, French transcription, and virtual assistance. I aim to help businesses save time and reach their goals while developing my online experience.
