I'm co-founding TalentIQ Africa, where I help companies attract, hire, and deploy high-quality talent across Africa and Europe. I design recruitment strategies, optimize hiring processes through tools and automation, and build sustainable talent communities and partnerships.
Previously, I led talent at MStudio in Abidjan, sourcing tech entrepreneurs, engineers, and sales talent to support startup launches across Francophone Africa. I've also led talent acquisition at Comet, managed a team of five recruiters, supported CAC40 companies through DBO Staffing & Recruitment, and connected entrepreneurs, mentors, and investors as a FasterCapital regional partner.
