Built an AI-powered dashboard cataloging system using an LLM (Ollama) to parse Metabase assets and SQL queries, generating and validating dashboard descriptions for daily use by data teams. Engineered multi-layer data lineage from Snowflake SQL and Metabase metadata and automated daily sales reporting with Airflow.

Maintained and extended a .NET / SQL Server web application by translating client requirements into production-ready features. Built business-critical features merging SAP data with manual input while preserving data consistency across systems.

Led a 24-member department responsible for member recruitment, development, and empowerment. Recruited 40 new members and delivered development programs reaching 60–80 members, achieving a 91% KPI score in the accountability report.

Developed and maintained a Laravel / Vue.js / Quasar web application backed by PostgreSQL, contributing full-stack features. Built calendar integration and multi-dimensional filtering and resolved 25+ software bugs to improve application stability.

Managed a database of 300–400 event committee members to support operational planning. Coordinated data collection and validation for event execution.

Directed event planning and execution of six flagship programs, reaching approximately 1,000 participants. Managed an event budget of approximately IDR 40 million while coordinating cross-division logistics and timelines.
