What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead analytical development and LC-MS/MS proteomics programs—building reproducible workflows for biomarker discovery, collaborating cross-functionally, and translating complex datasets into clear scientific and regulatory recommendations.

I’m a PhD scientist and Senior Scientist & Laboratory Lead with more than 10 years of experience in analytical development, LC-MS/MS proteomics, protein characterization, biomarker discovery, and workflow development within pharmaceutical and applied life science research environments.

I lead complex analytical projects from experimental design through scientific reporting, serving as the primary analytical contact for global pharmaceutical clients. I develop and optimize LC-MS/MS and HPLC workflows for quantitative proteomics, translate datasets into clear recommendations, and support high-quality biopharmaceutical product development through continuous improvement.

At the Fraunhofer Institute for Molecular Biology and Applied Ecology (IME), I manage end-to-end proteomics studies, design reproducible quantitative workflows, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams in biology, toxicology, chemistry, and bioinformatics. I also supervise scientists and technical staff, ensuring projects deliver on schedule while maintaining high scientific quality standards.
