I've delivered perioperative nursing care across Essentia Health, Vail Valley Surgery Center, Peak One Surgery Center, and SurgCenter on Dry Creek, supporting patients through orthopedic, general, OB/GYN, robotic, ENT, podiatry, urology, neurology, and ophthalmology procedures.

In my current Operating Room and relief Charge Nurse role at Essentia Health St. Mary’s, I coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia providers, case management, and multidisciplinary teams. I assess patients, educate families, document in EPIC, manage urgent add-on cases, and help maintain safe, efficient patient-centered surgical care.

I've also led daily clinical operations as an Operating Room Manager and Perioperative Coordinator, overseeing staffing, scheduling, patient flow, equipment, and resource allocation across ambulatory surgical specialties.

With more than 18 years of clinical experience, I bring patient advocacy, care coordination, perioperative leadership, precepting, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuity of care as I transition toward nurse case management.
