I am Dr. Stephanie I. Shadoan, an experienced educator with a strong background in curriculum design and instructional leadership. Currently pursuing my Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, I have a proven track record of enhancing student achievement through innovative teaching strategies and data-driven decision-making.

In my role as the English Teacher and Department Administrative Lead at Nevada Virtual Charter School, I led the development of a comprehensive online ELA curriculum that not only met state standards but also prepared students for the ACT. My commitment to professional development has empowered my colleagues and fostered a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
