What I'm looking for

I'm seeking instructional design or L&D roles where I can build curriculum and e-learning, lead professional development, apply instructional technology, and expand equitable STEM access for diverse learners.

I design and develop curriculum and e-learning solutions that translate adult learning principles into measurable outcomes. My district-adopted work includes Robotics, Forensics, Aerospace Engineering, and Digital Literacy.

I have led online learning transitions for 200+ students and facilitated professional development for staff on STEM integration and instructional technology. I authored countywide STEM curricula and partnered with schools serving low-income families to expand career-ready experiences. I also designed STEAM enrichment programs that increased participation among underrepresented students.

As a program manager and small-business owner, I blend creative training with structured learning outcomes, delivering workshops for adult learners and educators. I seek roles where I can lead curriculum innovation, scale equitable STEM learning, and mentor educators.
