I delivered an insurance claims self-service portal with configurable process stages, embedded Power BI dashboards, and access controls for policyholders and agents. For a certificate generation service, I developed dynamic PDF creation and streaming to Blob Storage to avoid memory and timeout failures on large batches.
I also completed a Dynamics 365 CE implementation with custom plugins, data migration, security, and SSRS reports. In personal projects, I’ve built systems for real-time event analytics, technical hiring, live football scores, and deep reinforcement learning.
