I’m a Software QA Engineer with 8 years of experience delivering high-quality web and mobile applications across property, banking, taxation, electricity, and dealership domains. I focus on improving software quality through risk-based testing and continuous process improvement.

In my work, I design, review, and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT test cases, then back my testing with thorough defect tracking. I validate backend behavior by performing API testing using Postman and using SQL queries to ensure data integrity and correct system behavior.

I also own automated and non-functional testing: I maintain automated test scripts for regression efficiency using Katalon and Cypress, and I run performance testing with JMeter to evaluate stability and determine breaking points under heavy workloads. For security, I perform security testing with Burp Suite to identify vulnerabilities and potential security risks.

At Mindo and Mitrais, I’ve contributed to stable releases by covering end-to-end workflows, including more than 300+ test cases across property booking, payment, and reservation flows. I collaborate closely with developers in Agile Scrum to resolve issues quickly and keep quality standards consistently high.
