At LEORON Institute, I deliver international training projects across the EMEA region. I coordinate trainers, clients, venues, marketing, and operations to bring professional development programs from planning through post-project follow-up.
I’ve improved internal workflows and client communication processes while managing multiple projects. My work has supported repeat business and the sales pipeline through client follow-ups and relationship building.
Before LEORON Institute, I worked as a Medical Laboratory Technician at Ramus Laboratory -Bulgaria, managing laboratory workflows and daily operations. I also hold a diploma in Clinical / Medical Laboratory Technician from Secondary Medical School “Dr. Panče Karagjozov” in Skopje.
