At UKCGR, I lead the logistics function, coordinating stock forecasting, fleet oversight and transport planning with teams across the business. I review demand data with supply chain and sales managers to help maintain stock availability and accuracy.
I monitor logistics KPIs and SLAs, work with IT and planning teams on real-time reporting dashboards, and take corrective action with colleagues when performance falls short. I also supervise three direct reports and support their development through quarterly reviews.
At Clipper/Asos, I supported warehouse administration and performance reporting, including checking payroll hours and using Excel to compare shift output against KPIs. Earlier, I worked as a Tier 1 Team Leader and provided frontline IT support for warehouse systems and equipment.
