I built Peep, an offline PWA that identifies birds from photos and songs, with all inference running on-device and no cloud API. I added multi-crop inference, audio window pooling, and a location-based species prior that keeps location data on the phone.

On EventFile, I developed a tool that turns event materials into NAAC-ready Word reports using Gemma 4 locally via Ollama. It read 22/22 handwritten attendance rows and processed a full event in about 95 seconds on a 4 GB GPU.
