At the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, I set up infrastructure monitoring and alerting from scratch using Victoria Metrics and Alertmanager.
I manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters and virtual machines, monitor system resources, and handle deployments and infrastructure updates. I also manage application deployments through ArgoCD with GitOps workflows.
I resolve L1 support tickets and prepare incident analysis and troubleshooting documentation for developer handoff. I use Elasticsearch and Kibana to investigate application issues and trace error patterns.
I built Python automation scripts to collect and analyze data to detect and mitigate bot activity. My work also includes configuring Proxmox for VM provisioning, setting FortiGate network policies, and administering Vault for secrets management.
