At XtalPi, I’m leading the structuring of a US$6M tokenized note backed by patent-royalty rights, taking it to investor subscription intent under a BVI–Hong Kong–Singapore structure. I also developed the group’s regulatory adjustment strategy following China’s February 2026 rules for offshore RWA issuance of onshore assets.
I’ve conceived and pitched three Web3 ventures at XtalPi, including a scientific prediction market, a DeSci wet-lab verification protocol, and an AI-Agent token launch. I also represent the company in ecosystem partnership discussions and prepare weekly Web3 regulatory and industry briefings for senior management.
At SOLOWIN HOLDINGS and its subsidiary AlloyX, I built compliance infrastructure from zero for the parent and more than 10 licensed entities. I defended an Australian DCE licence with AUSTRAC, managed the Hong Kong TCSP licence renewal, and helped launch a Visa virtual card funded by stablecoin top-ups.
At Fortune Vision Capital Limited, I led issuance of an HKD 50M LPF fund and an OFC umbrella fund, and developed Python automation for subscription agreements and KYC forms. As an independent investor and equity researcher, I researched more than 300 US-listed companies and built quantitative models for intraday ETF trading.
