What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead automotive, EV, battery, or energy-storage product strategy and engineering execution, bringing global teams, supplier ecosystems, manufacturing scale-up, functional safety, and commercialization together to deploy advanced mobility and energy solutions.

I've led EV, battery, and energy-storage development across North America and Asia for more than 25 years, taking vehicle platforms, battery systems, BMS, and BESS products from architecture through production launch.

At Vines Energy Solutions and VinFast Auto, I led 120+ engineers and a $1.2B+ portfolio, delivering traction batteries for 10 passenger EV programs and five commercial vehicle platforms with annual production above 250,000 battery packs. I also commercialized energy-storage systems from 10 kWh residential products to 1.2 MWh containerized BESS.

I built the Battery Pack Institute into a 50+ engineer organization and developed BESS for grid-connected and off-grid applications. Earlier, I led EV electrical architecture, connected-vehicle, powertrain, diagnostics, and software organizations at UCAR, Borgward, ICONIQ, Qoros, Karma Automotive, Electric Vehicles International, CODA Automotive, and General Motors.

I'm focused on translating technology roadmaps into commercially successful products through disciplined engineering execution, supplier partnerships, manufacturing readiness, functional safety, and global team leadership.
