What I'm looking for

I’m open to remote B2B contracts, full-time or part-time, with product companies in the US, UK, and EU.

At Yalantis, I’m the sole frontend engineer on an industrial simulation and training platform, where I chose the architecture and built a Claude Code delivery harness. Through it, I merged 236 of the project’s 366 pull requests in 8 months.

I also led Yalantis’ company-wide move from Cursor to Claude Code. I wrote the setup guide used by most of the 200+ engineers and built an AI competency matrix adopted for performance reviews.

At Grid Dynamics, I built platforms for Nike, including an Nx email pipeline that cut typical feature delivery from 1–2 sprints to a few days. I also grew a UI engineering group of up to 15, ran an intern academy, and founded Practiq, a paid course for engineers who conduct technical interviews.
