I lead procurement for medical supplies and equipment at Primo Medical Group, using demand, inventory, and lead-time analysis to mitigate supply risks. I manage supplier negotiations and contract work to improve cost, quality, and service—while keeping operations aligned with patient-care requirements.

Before that, I managed $10M–$20M annual spend at Carrier Fire & Security, aligning purchasing with production using ERP and MRP planning. I ran supplier performance reviews, built recovery plans to expedite critical materials, and supported international sourcing across Asia and Europe.

Earlier, at ATKORE, I owned material availability across multiple commodity groups and drove supplier delivery performance and corrective actions. I also started in supply chain analysis and logistics distribution, coordinating shipments and building dashboards that informed inventory planning and decision-making.
