At Ava Laurenne Bride, I create elevated experiences for brides and guests from first contact through in-store visits. I coordinate boutique events, appointments, and client flow while building local business and community partnerships.

I also managed 504 plans at Dixon-Smith Middle School, coordinating meetings, schedules, documentation, and communication among families, teachers, and administrators. I handled sensitive information accurately while maintaining compliance under strict timelines.

Over nine years with Stafford County Public Schools, I led and mentored educators, planned STEM events and field activities, and built strong relationships with students, families, and staff. I coordinated a STEM field experience for more than 300 students and achieved a 90%+ student pass rate on Virginia SOL assessments for three consecutive years.

I bring organized logistics, clear communication, and a warm, people-first approach to fast-paced environments. I enjoy making details feel seamless and creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.
