Sriyam Swarup Mishra

I’m a commerce undergraduate currently working as a Project Management Intern at Excelerate, where I lead and coordinate teams with accuracy and strong organization. I’m recognized for maintaining organized workflows, time management, and producing reliable documentation throughout college and NGO projects.

In my internship, I guided a twelve-member team in a remote, multi-country project management internship, managing collaboration across multiple countries and time zones. I handled team structuring, role assignments, cross-functional collaboration, and ensured timely delivery of project deliverables across four different weeks.

I also build insights through projects and social impact work, including a Consumer Preference Study that quantified shifts in awareness vs. buying behavior. Alongside this, I volunteer with Bakul Foundation and Youth Red Cross—supporting event coordination, maintaining volunteer records, and participating in youth programs at district and state levels, earning a Certificate of Appreciation for my service. Additionally, I won a Startup & Innovation Competition (College Level) for GreenBasket, a WhatsApp-based farm-to-doorstep subscription app connecting local farmers to Tier-3 city consumers.
