At Cigna, I transform 500M+ patient encounters, claims, diagnoses, medications, and provider records into population-health and predictive analytics. I build AWS Glue, S3, Snowpipe, and Snowflake pipelines that improve data freshness, reduce processing time, and maintain HIPAA-compliant governance.

I develop clinical risk features and readmission models with Python, AWS SageMaker, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, and SHAP. My work includes AI-assisted patient risk summaries using Azure OpenAI, A/B tests for outreach strategies, and Tableau dashboards for care-management teams across 12+ service regions.

Previously at Accenture, I integrated 20M+ financial transactions across SAP ERP, Salesforce, Oracle, and SQL Server. I automated Azure data ingestion, improved SQL performance, built Power BI executive reporting, and delivered forecasting models for revenue and cash flow.

I enjoy turning complex datasets into reliable, decision-ready reporting through SQL, Python, cloud platforms, machine learning, and clear documentation in Agile teams.
