What I'm looking for

I’m looking to contribute to youth and community support through ethical case work—combining counseling, safeguarding-aware documentation, outreach, and client advocacy to create measurable, lasting well-being outcomes.

I’m a Social Work professional (MSW) with hands-on experience in community outreach and student counseling, supporting students’ academic, emotional, and personal development through guidance, motivation, and goal-setting. In my current Project Officer role at CSRL (Centre for Social Responsibility & Leadership) Super-30, I conduct outreach to identify student needs, provide basic counseling and motivational support, and coordinate educational support and awareness programs while building strong rapport with students, families, and residents.

I also bring HR case-management experience from my MSW HR Executive work, where I supported individuals facing workplace stress, handled grievance redressal and conflict mediation, ensured policy compliance, and maintained confidential case documentation. Across field visits and internships, I completed needs assessment and reporting—strengthening my safeguarding awareness, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to ethical practice in community and youth support.
