At Gilead Sciences, I support SAP S/4HANA MDG and MM operations, helping Finance, Quality, Purchasing, and Planning teams improve material master data quality and governance.

I define data-conversion rules, analyze quality gaps, structure MDQ rules, and partner with developers through design, deployment, testing, and hypercare. I also manage mass updates, data cleanup, audit checks, UAT, and master data requests within defined SLAs.

Previously at TCS supporting Damco in the Maersk Group, I provided SAP MDG functional support for Customer, Vendor, Material, and Finance master data. I resolved production, configuration, mapping, IDoc, batch-job, and interface issues while supporting testing and root-cause analysis.

I use SQL, Excel, Power BI, and data visualization to clean, transform, model, and report on data. I also create SOPs, user guides, training materials, and demo sessions that help users adopt new SAP processes and systems.
