I’m a dedicated Computer Operator & Administrative Professional with 11 years of hands-on experience managing system operations, data entry, documentation, and day-to-day shop administration. I’m known for strong accuracy, reliable execution, and keeping daily workflows running smoothly.

In my current self-owned business, I manage daily computer operations, data entry, billing, printing, and documentation services. I handle customer service, cash management, and online application processes, while ensuring error-free data input and proper document formatting.

I maintain system software, files, backups, and records to support uninterrupted operations, and I assist customers with government applications, online exams, and other digital services. I’ve also supported a small team and coordinated shop workflow to maintain pace and quality.

Alongside practical operations, I bring structured thinking from my MBA (HR & Marketing) and PGDCA, including a project on IEA Welfare Management where I researched welfare needs and developed strategy-based employee records. I stay self-motivated, quick to learn, and committed to organized, customer-focused results.
