At IT Geeks Inc., I worked across nine client engagements, moving from Business Analyst to Project Manager. I delivered a Shopify–Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central data audit that identified issues and led to a purchased 40-hour remediation engagement.
I taught myself Celigo and built flows, connectors, and field mappings for NetSuite–Shopify inventory, product, and order sync. I also tested and debugged sync failures to close a delivery gap.
For a US furniture retailer, I led a multi-system data migration that replaced a legacy Angular application and reconciled product data across NetSuite and Salsify. For a retainer client, I developed a custom business application from requirements through deployment, earning a video testimonial and follow-on integration request.
Earlier, as a Summer Intern at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), I built and maintained an internal departmental web application and supported server administration. I’m also building skills in Microsoft Power Platform and Azure.
