I’m a results-driven Senior Design Engineer with 9 years of combined experience in site execution and BIM modeling, delivering high-quality BIM solutions for complex construction projects. In my current role at PNC Architects (UAE) and through Sobha Realty’s Pod Design Studio, I develop and coordinate detailed 3D BIM models for LGS/CFS structural framing, wall panels, floor systems, and modular pod assemblies—aligned to fabrication standards and project requirements.
I also run feasibility studies for prefabricated pod conversions, prepare IFC fabrication drawings for off-site manufacture, integrate pod models into the master BIM, and perform clash detection across pipe supply, shaft access, and MEP systems. Earlier roles as a Civil Engineer, BIM Modeller, and Site Engineer strengthened my ability to improve QA/QC, verify geometry and standards, manage issues via RFIs, and execute reliably on-site—so I can increase efficiency, reduce rework, and improve construction outcomes through better digital workflow.
