Fraulien Ambongan

I’m a licensed architect with experience in residential, commercial, and interior projects, from concept design to site execution. I’m known for design conceptualization, schematic design, 3d modeling, and client presentations—translating creative ideas into functional, aesthetic spaces.

As a Senior Architect at YADS Architects, I developed design concepts and material moodboards to resolve client needs for unique spatial identity while ensuring code compliance. I presented proposals that addressed aesthetic goals and technical feasibility, securing faster client approvals, and I produced design drawings from schematic through design development to improve end-to-end workflow.

I also coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to balance design intent, budget, and usability—solving structural and material application challenges and reducing rework and delays. From my Junior Architect role, I learned to translate client requirements into practical, site-responsive schematic studies, create drawings/3D models/renderings that clarify complex ideas, prepare cost alternatives, and conduct site inspections to catch discrepancies early.
