What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Senior BIM role where I can lead Revit/Navisworks modeling, BIM workflow setup, clash coordination, and quantity takeoffs, while driving quality and automation to help teams deliver faster and with fewer design conflicts.

I’m a Senior BIM Engineer with 7 years of modeling & execution experience, specialized in converting data into 3D Revit models while meeting BIM standards. I’m creative and curious, and I learn fast—quickly understanding and applying new ideas to the right situations.

I focus on modular POD design for bathrooms, utility and kitchen, and I handle BIM data management for Shop Drawings, Clash Coordination, and Quantity Takeoffs. I also produce realistic renderings and walkthroughs, and I build 3D animations to help site teams understand assembly processes.

At PNC Architects (Sobha Group), I’ve developed BIM models for POD bathrooms, utility rooms, and kitchen by integrating architectural, structural, and MEP elements. I coordinated across architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams, supported BIM workflows across the full project lifecycle, managed project schedules for timely BIM submissions, and drove clash detection and resolution.

Previously, I supported BIM tool training and delivered detailed BIM models using LOD 300, point cloud data, and PDF inputs. I created clash reports with Navisworks, prepared BOQs and schedules, developed parametric families for client requirements, and maintained a strong focus on model/document quality and integrity.
