I’m an enthusiastic Cloud Infrastructure and Automation Engineer with close to 2 years of hands-on experience in multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure, OCI, and VMware. I focus on Infrastructure as Code, VM provisioning, and automation that improves provisioning consistency and operational stability.

In my role at NaviSite- Part of Accenture (August 2024 to till date), I provisioned and configured 80+ virtual machines across AWS, Azure, OCI, and VMware to support enterprise infrastructure deployments. I executed storage configuration, IP assignment, monitoring integration, and security onboarding to standardize VM builds and reduce manual effort.

I also developed CSV-driven Terraform and PowerShell automation to improve deployment consistency, and I coordinated with network and security teams to resolve firewall, access, and port dependencies during production provisioning. Additionally, I configured VMware anti-affinity and node separation policies to improve workload availability and infrastructure resilience, and automated Azure VM resizing for 70+ production servers with validation and controlled maintenance.

On the infrastructure operations and reliability side, I handle P1–P3 incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and execute production changes for critical business applications. I investigated a critical ERPM-related memory leak involving 450K+ open handles and high RAM utilization, implemented an automated PowerShell-based restart schedule through change management controls, and documented RCA findings that contributed to eliminating 100+ recurring tickets annually—while continuing to grow into Cloud Engineer and DevOps Engineer roles with stronger exposure to CI/CD, containers, and platform automation.
