I've built telecom churn and agentic AI solutions at Comcast, using customer, service, and behavioral data to develop and evaluate machine learning models. I also delivered a real-time Spark UI for CRM and business teams and translated data-intensive application needs into scalable architectures.
Across Comcast's Fusion Cloud Transformation, I led an Agile team of 12 integration developers supporting 200 microservices across six data centers. I delivered Oracle Integration Cloud, VBCS, and PCS integrations, data migrations, and enterprise integrations across Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, Salesforce, and CRM.
Previously, I delivered Oracle Fusion Middleware and SOA work at Cognizant, IBM, HCLTech, and LTIMindtree, spanning OIC, OSB, BPEL, REST, SOAP, file, FTP, JMS, and database integrations. My work has included CI/CD, security standards, fault handling, WebLogic deployments, and end-to-end go-lives.
