What I'm looking for

I'm looking to solve complex enterprise challenges at the intersection of data engineering and autonomous AI systems, leading production-grade agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, and scalable data platforms.

At EXL, I lead Agentic AI and Data Engineering, building Claim-IQ, a 10-node stateful LangGraph claims automation system that reduced FNOL-to-settlement cycle time by 70%.

I've built domain-adaptive insurance LLMs using Llama 3.1, QLoRA, DPO, Databricks, MLflow, and RAGAS, supporting structured coverage, damage, fraud, and denial-letter workflows. I also designed HITL, A2A, RAG, evaluation, monitoring, and retraining patterns for reliable production AI.

Previously at IBM, I delivered large-scale AWS and Azure data platforms, including automobile sales pipelines with 60% faster loads and insurance warehouse migrations. I combine data engineering, cloud architecture, LLMOps, and team leadership to solve enterprise problems end to end.
