I'm Sreelal Bhaskaran, a dedicated UI/UX designer with a strong background in creating user-centered designs that enhance user experiences. With nearly three years of professional experience, I have successfully led end-to-end UX strategies for high-profile projects, including the Aurus jobseeker product at Naukri, which serves India's top 1% professionals. My work has been recognized with prestigious awards, including the Platinum Award at Infoedge Merit Awards 2024 for project excellence.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects from concept to launch. My expertise in interaction design, user research, and usability testing has enabled me to redesign and launch the Naukri iOS app, improving its App Store rating significantly.
