Led SAP S/4HANA MM assessment and discovery workshops for a Nokia S/4HANA implementation, mapping P2P, inventory, STO, and MM master data processes to define target-state improvements. Conducted fit-gap analysis and configured MM Procure-to-Pay with cross-module integration, managing enhancements and resolving post-go-live incidents within SLAs.

Supported SAP AFS rollout and production support for companies across Canada, Japan, the UK, and the Netherlands, leading business process workshops and requirements gathering. Developed pricing procedures and cross-module integrations, managed EDI-IDoc communication, and planned unit testing through UAT, cutover, and transport validations.

Contributed to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) rollout implementation for RBPML (in-house), including configuration, master data setup, and testing preparation. Built and configured MM structures and purchasing documents, supported unit testing, and prepared SIT/UAT test scripts to enable go-live readiness.

Configured SAP MM areas including organizational structure and material/master data for materials management and inventory management scenarios. Supported daily business operations by handling incidents and non-routine Z report tasks, including contract coverage reporting.

Served as Terminal Representative for port operations, coordinating vessel berthing activities and conducting safety meetings. Managed vessel documentation, monitored loading/receipt quality and quantification, coordinated terminal activities to prevent quantity variations, and supported pipeline pigging operations.
