At PhonePe, I lead SAP MM configuration for S/4HANA projects, covering procure-to-pay, MRP, inventory management, UAT, go-live, and hypercare. I translate AS-IS/TO-BE requirements into SAP designs and functional specifications for ABAP developments.

I've delivered two Greenfield SAP MM S/4HANA implementations, including a three-plant FMCG setup. My work includes release strategies, source determination, vendor and material master management, OBYC configuration, valuation classes, batch management, and split valuation.

Across retail, manufacturing, and FMCG environments, I've migrated thousands of material and vendor records using LSMW and BAPI, resolved pre- and post-go-live issues, and maintained 95%+ SLA ticket resolution. I also automated PO creation through source lists and scheduling agreements, reducing procurement cycle time by 30%.

I enjoy working closely with FICO, SD, WM, PP, technical teams, and business users to make procurement processes practical and reliable. I've trained procurement and warehouse teams, created SOPs and user manuals, and supported end users through go-live.
