At LIXIL, I manage SAP Procure-to-Pay operations and lead digital transformation initiatives across global entities. I led two-phase S4 HANA implementations across the Americas, Mexico, and Canada.
For those implementations, I designed interim inter- and intra-company and drop-shipment scenarios, and defined how legacy data would be mapped and extracted into S4 HANA. I also configured EDI-IDOC messages and led UAT, business process validation, and end-user training.
At Tata Consultancy Services, I supported HP's S4 HANA 2021 environment and spearheaded a 15-member support team. I implemented proactive IDOC monitoring and resolved high-priority tickets within SLAs.
At Hella India Automotive Pvt. Ltd., I directed global SAP rollouts and led work including a Business Partner approach for master data management, process mapping, and cross-module integrations. Earlier, I worked on SAP implementations and support at KPIT Technologies, Mawai InfoTech Ltd., and HPL Electric & Power Private Ltd.
