At MAQ Software, I build reliability and platform systems that keep large-scale production fleets available and reduce operational toil. I designed a Temporal-based self-healing platform that consolidated seven remediation pipelines into one automated workflow system while sustaining a 98%+ fleet availability SLO.

I’ve led Kubernetes migration and hardening work for the Grid Reaper fleet-remediation pipeline, raising release success to 99.9% and reducing on-call MTTR by 35%. I also built Grafana observability dashboards and AI-assisted debugging workflows that reduced bug turnaround by 60%.

I migrated more than 800 real-time streaming jobs from Apache Samza to Apache Flink with zero downtime, while improving throughput and reducing cluster resource footprint. My CI/CD automation with GitHub Actions reduced manual release effort by 30%.

Earlier, I built Azure Data Factory ETL pipelines and Power BI dashboards, maintained production host compliance, and automated infrastructure reporting. I enjoy improving availability, observability, capacity planning, and operational efficiency across distributed systems.
