I’m looking for a collaborative Agile team where I can own production support and release validation, run root-cause analysis, and turn business requirements into reliable technical solutions—especially in telecom or data-driven product environments.

I’m an analyst-turned-software engineer with 1.5 years of experience delivering software validation, production troubleshooting, and product analysis across telecom and SaaS environments. I thrive bridging engineering, QA, and product teams in Agile/Scrum to keep releases stable and systems reliable.

In my current role, I investigate and resolve 4–5 production incidents daily by reproducing issues, parsing Linux application logs, and analyzing NETCONF protocol transactions to isolate software defects. I also validate software upgrades, feature releases, and configuration changes across 5G OAM environments, ensuring production readiness and preventing failures through careful debugging of YANG data models and PM.xml.

I strengthen confidence in releases by validating KPI counters and production telemetry using SQL datasets and PM.xml reports, enabling early detection of configuration inconsistencies before deployment. Beyond support, I translate stakeholder needs into scalable features through FRDs and data-driven product insights, and I’ve built real-world tooling like a NETCONF/YANG configuration monitoring utility and a real-time chat & telemetry platform.
