At Manhattan Associates, I worked on cloud authentication and single sign-on integrations in Azure AD, including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0. I resolved Tier III issues involving authentication, directory replication, and SaaS provisioning.

On the Cloud Identity Migration project, I migrated SSO and automatic provisioning for over 40 business applications from Okta to Azure AD, reclaiming licenses for approximately $600K in annual savings.
