At QIWI Ltd, I built the analytics direction from scratch, hired and onboarded a team of 10, and set up KPIs and responsibilities. I turned reporting into a regular operational cadence, giving business leaders comparable data for decisions without manual exports.
At HeadHunter (hh.ru), I built end-to-end marketing analytics connecting traffic sources and on-site behavior to transactions and revenue. I designed a Kafka-to-Spark streaming architecture, a Hadoop/Hive data lake, and ClickHouse data marts, with dashboards for funnels, channels, cohorts, and retention.
At GlowByte Consulting, I set up BI systems and cross-channel analytics for enterprise clients, developing dashboards and automating ETL pipelines. Earlier, at Avtosalon na Dmitrovke, I unified online and offline sales metrics in one report; the work reduced cost-per-lead 5–7× and cost-per-visit 3–4×.
