What I'm looking for

I’m looking for hybrid or remote DevOps/DevSecOps work where I can own Kubernetes on AWS, build CI/CD with Jenkins/GitHub Actions, and make security controls mandatory—plus deliver strong observability and reliable, automated releases.

I’m a DevOps Engineer with 8+ years in software engineering, including 3.6+ years focused on DevOps and DevSecOps. I’ve shipped production-grade Kubernetes deployments on EKS and built end-to-end CI/CD workflows on GitHub Actions and Jenkins.

I embed DevSecOps controls directly into pipelines—Trivy, Gitleaks, SonarQube SAST, OWASP Dependency-Check, and pre-commit hooks—so security and quality gates are mandatory before anything reaches production. I also own infrastructure end-to-end with Terraform for IaC, and AWS Secrets Manager for credential hygiene.

In my recent roles, I’ve stood up monitoring from scratch with Prometheus/Grafana and Datadog, wrote custom alert rules and dashboards, and reduced MTTD by ~60%. I’ve also improved release reliability by automating multi-environment deployment pipelines and enforcing least-privilege IAM, NetworkPolicies, and TLS with cert-manager.
