I'm targeting Senior Technology Lead, Technical Lead, Lead Consultant, and ServiceNow Technical Lead opportunities where I can lead enterprise delivery, improve ITSM operations, mentor engineers, and apply ServiceNow, GenAI, and AWS to business workflows.

At Infosys, I lead teams of 8–10 engineers delivering enterprise logistics applications and ITSM operations. I manage delivery priorities, stakeholder communication, technical guidance, and production support.

I translate business and operational requirements into scalable solutions using ServiceNow, JavaScript, React, REST APIs, integrations, and workflow automation. I drive incident management, SLA-focused support, root-cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.

I've built and enhanced web applications across PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, Angular, and React, including payment gateway and third-party API integrations. My work spans development, defect resolution, application support, and client-focused delivery.

I'm also applying AWS GenAI concepts including Bedrock Knowledge Bases, RAG, embeddings, vector retrieval, foundation models, and AI governance controls. I focus on connecting governed AI capabilities with ServiceNow workflows and enterprise knowledge retrieval.
