I am a seasoned product designer with a strong focus on enhancing user experiences through innovative design solutions. My recent role at Soroco involved transforming the onboarding experience for the 'Scout' product into a fully self-serve model, resulting in a remarkable 90% reduction in customer tickets. This achievement underscores my commitment to creating intuitive and efficient user journeys.

Prior to Soroco, I contributed to Fidelity Investments, where I defined the visual language for a product pitch and developed new features for 'Plynk.' My experience spans various industries, including my work with SonicWall, where I improved interaction design through heuristic evaluations, and my freelance projects that showcased my versatility in graphic design and animation.
