What I'm looking for

I am looking for a job that offers a challenging and dynamic environment where I can apply my expertise in machine learning and AI. I am an experienced ML engineer and tech lead based in New Delhi, India. Currently, I am working at Now&Me as a founding ML engineer and tech lead, where I have successfully led the product and scaled it from ₹0 to ₹40 Lakhs ARR. In just 8 months, I tripled the ARPU using recommendation and pricing models in Python. I am among the first 2 engineers and the only MLE of the company.

I have also worked as a part-time ML research scientist at Hexo, conducting LLM and Generative AI research. In addition to this, I have also co-authored 6+ papers published at top international conferences with a award winning paper at ICASSP 2023.
