What I'm looking for

I want a driver position where safety standards are clear and medical requirements are respected. I’m ready to operate US Government vehicles with the medical clearance I’ve received and to follow any required follow-up or monitoring.

I’m applying for a role that requires meeting driver medical requirements for US Government employment. My physical examination and lab results were reviewed by the Foreign Service Health Practitioner, and I was approved for employment.

I meet the driver safety standards assessed in the medical clearance process, including vision and hearing requirements. My blood pressure falls in the “Normal” category (first reading 125/86) with a pulse rate of 79, supporting eligibility for the stated certification period.

I also completed the required tuberculosis screening steps (MED 6610 questionnaire and documented testing). Overall, I was determined “Medically cleared to operate a US Government Vehicle for 2 years,” reflecting my readiness to meet ongoing safety expectations for driving duties.
