I've led refurbishment, fit-out, demolition, and logistics work across London, including projects for Lendlease, Crossrail/Costain, London Property Holdings, Rhino Interiors, and Pryer Construction.
At Clipfine Ltd on Lendlease's 10-level Devonshire Square project, I managed site logistics and led 10–15 operatives including labourers, welfare operatives, handymen, and security guards. I delivered toolbox talks, managed timesheets and health and safety, and coordinated materials, compactors, and waste collections.
