I lead complex SAP and Infor LN ERP transformations, multi-country rollouts, and programme recoveries across Europe and MEA. With more than 20 years of experience, I take control of high-risk delivery landscapes and restore predictability for senior leadership.

At WSA, I led regulated Infor LN rollouts across Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, and Italy, owning delivery from planning and solution design through data migration, cutover, and hypercare. I managed integrations with Magento and Salesforce and led teams of up to 40 business, IT, system-integrator, and offshore resources.

As Infor's Project Portfolio Director for Southern Europe and MEA, I governed a portfolio of around 170 active ERP projects, led audits and recovery actions, and took direct programme leadership for strategic customers including Ferrari. I have also delivered SAP, Salesforce, PLM, IoT, Dynamics NAV, and Dynamics 365 CRM initiatives for AstraZeneca, Sandoz, Ferrari, KPMG, and Buongiorno.

As former CIO at Buongiorno, I held global accountability for IT services and transformation delivery across 20 countries and 1,200 users. I bring board-level escalation experience, €4M+ budget ownership, vendor governance, and executive steering to interim and contract engagements.
