At PRIME STAFF, I managed full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and candidate outreach through interviews and offer negotiations. I also tracked recruitment metrics to help optimize conversion funnels and workflows.

At JOH PARTNERS, I conducted competency-based interviews and shortlisted senior candidates for executive-level roles. I also supported business development through targeted client outreach and introductory presentations.

At INFORCE, I managed recruitment for technical and non-technical IT roles, coordinated interview stages, and built candidate pipelines using Boolean search and LinkedIn.

As a freelance English tutor, I delivered tailored lessons, specializing in Business English for corporate professionals. I also prepared students for the National Multi-Subject Test and helped clients prepare linguistically for relocation abroad.
