At SAP Labs India, I redesigned the Tenant Lifecycle Management module as an event-based system, reducing CPU utilization from 98 cores to 25 while maintaining similar completion times. I also automated tenant copy, refresh, and backup workflows across MongoDB, Postgres, S3, and Elasticsearch.
In my current role as Software Developer II, I implemented KEDA-based autoscaling and a dynamic throttling system using Dynatrace and live MongoDB metrics. I also led technical development and management of the three-member Tenant Lifecycle Management team, and implemented secure semantic document search with row-level ACL enforcement.
Earlier at SAP Labs India, I developed employee-customer relationship scoring, improved observability, and maintained CI/CD security and quality scanning. My projects include an UNSPSC classification model that reached 89% accuracy and a parallel HoG pipeline that reduced feature extraction time by over 40%.
