Sonja Stekic

I am a dedicated Project Manager by education and currently serving as a Junior Scrum Master. My experience spans across both marketing and IT sectors, where I have successfully coordinated and led cross-functional projects. I have a proven track record in planning, tracking, and reporting on project progress while collaborating with various internal teams, including finance, procurement, logistics, and development.

At Zummit Infolabs, I have been instrumental in coordinating a complex cross-functional project involving seven departments and over thirty contributors. My skills in Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, and Asana have enabled me to prepare and track project schedules, status reports, and documentation effectively. I am comfortable working in dynamic environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

In my previous role as a Marketing Manager at PIP Food Group, I oversaw the planning and execution of marketing projects, managed cross-team coordination, and analyzed project data to generate insightful reports. My academic background in Project Management from the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, complements my hands-on experience, making me a well-rounded candidate for future opportunities.
