What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer-focused role where I can turn user feedback into practical improvements, build trusted client and stakeholder relationships, and lead responsive, high-quality experiences.

I've partnered with customers at Buildertrend to uncover pain points through interviews and usability testing, translating feedback into practical product improvements.

At SP Designs, I manage business-client relationships from discovery through delivery, communicating timelines and recommendations clearly while aligning work to each client's goals. I also conduct one-on-one interviews and usability sessions to resolve pain points before they affect satisfaction.

As founder of Tek5 Futsal and Coaching Director at D7 Futsal Club, I build engaged member communities, oversee responsive operations, and resolve concerns for players, families, staff, and partners. I lead teams and create welcoming, high-performance environments that support retention and loyalty.

My work combines UX design, customer research, client communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management to deliver consistent experiences across digital products and community programs.
